Mansour, do you think we are stupid? That we can't read the koran? That we can't read history and in particular life of Mohammad? Your precious "Prophet" was a mass murdering pirate, gigilo, pedophile, and all around psychopath. The deity he invented is closer to Satan than God. Mansour might argue that you can't read the Koran because (and I'm assuming here) you can't read classical Arabic. Since the Koran is the true, unadulterated, unabridged word of God, and since He chose to make His revelations in Arabic, the Koran is total perfection.
Of course, a tremendous fraction of the world's muslims are either functionally illiterate in Arabic, or functionally illiterate in their own native tongues, two points that are never mentioned when someone argues that to be a muslim is to know the Koran.
