It must be the National Guard's FR Canteen Division. I think it is actually called Canteen Light. The gulls are quiet now, but they generally add their voices to the wind, as well.
They are probably nesting now, but the breeze is cool and you can hear it as it whips the sea grass into a tango. The air is tangy with salt and I think I saw a dolphin near the rocks below where we stand by the window. And look! Isn't that a sea lion cracking mussel shells on his belly? How funny he is.
