Re: Richard Boone, Paladin in "Have Gun Will Travel", I was checking out some of the fan sites and learned that he was born in 1917 in LA, died in 1981 of throat cancer in St. Augustine FL and his ashes were scattered off the Kona Coast in Hawaii where he had a home and lived for many years. (He also had relatives in St. Augustine and was teaching an acting course there.)
He was married three times and is survived by one son, who also has children.
The first two seasons of "Have Gun, Will Travel" are available on DVD and are affordable. You can get both seasons together for $90. on amazon.com.

Richard Boone stated in an interview in approx. 1959 that he had handed out 84,000 "Have Gun Will Travel" cards to fans. Ah, those were the great old days of TV.

Re: the "Have Gun Will Travel" card, I see it's now imprinted with a CBS copyright. So it's good to see that CBS got back the copyright after it was stolen from under them in a famous case of a rogue golddigger claiming copyright infringement.

Re: Post 1,059 with the Paladin card (which has the phrase "Wire Paladin San Francisco"): Brings to mind a trivia question about the Man in Black:
What was Paladin's first name?
a) Wire
b) The series never revealed it.
Correct answer: b.
