Senator Bill Frist responded to my letter concerning Terri Schiavo.
________________________________________________
Thank you for contacting me with your thoughts about Terri Schiavo. It is an honor to serve you as Majority Leader of the United States Senate, and it is a privilege to respond to your concerns.
There is no more sacred virtue on our society than the need to preserve and protect human life. In Terri Schiavos unique and tragic case, her life was at stake, and her end-of-life wishes were in dispute. And medical experts were split on her medical condition.. I suggested the courts solicit additional tests an attempt to reach a medical consensus on her condition. I also recommended current and complete neurological examinations which she did not have, using the most up-to-date medical technologies.
Congress passed a bill that allowed a federal court to take a fresh look at her case. The fact that the bill passed unanimously in the Senate and with bipartisan support in the House suggests that members of both political parties agreed that the courts should have at least considered additional medical evidence in her case. I am extremely disappointed in the federal rulings in this case, and I am deeply saddened by her death. Using the most advanced medical technology to perform an autopsy. Medical examiners have concluded Terri Schiavo suffered from irreversible brain damage at the time of her death. We must respect her memory.
Sincerely,
William H. Frist
Majority Leader
United States Senate
That's what really happened. No real republican would have let this happen.
Judge Greer denied testing. Greer didn't want it to get out that she was really quite responsive. There were so many laws-felonies violated for years, but he got a pass because of Mel Sembler, Mr. GOP.

Terri's plight opened serious discussions and debates involving closed head injury, the disabled, cerebral vascular accidents, definitions of life support, the eugenics movement, and the exposure of special interest groups such as the bioethicists.
Terri's life will never be held in vain for she has forever influenced the world view of the disabled and the importance of our responsibilities to those who are vulnerable. She has brought recognition to the life's work of physicians, nurses, researchers, and lawmakers who have made tremendous contributions in their areas of expertise.
Thank you Theresa Marie Schindler for opening our eyes to the meaning of life.

Got anything else there.
While contempt of Congress is serious enough, it was the obstruction of the congressional investigation that's a felony. I thought at the time that such a clearly criminal case as Judge Greer's outrageous behavior would have been prosecuted, but it appears that our judiciary can ignore just about any laws, even to the extent of personally indulging in blatantly criminal behavior.
I find it interesting just how few judges have even been impeached over the last few years compared to the early years of the republic. From the Federal Judicial Center's webpage at http://air.fjc.gov/history/topics/topics_ji_bdy.html :

No, that says it all.
To quote Elvis, what we needed was "A little less conversation and a little more action..."
The failure of the Congress, AND the executive branches of government in Tallahassee Florida *and* at the federal level (I mean the White House and the President) to stand up to the obscene power grab that resulted from the judicial homicide committed by renegade rogue judges, will haunt us until there is (hopefully) a Second American Revolution in which our original Constitution is restored, and our Republic is re-established.
Be not fooled, we are not ruled by our elected officials, our fates are in the hands of black robed dictators who answer to NO-ONE.
Here is a fine US House Member: http://weldon.house.gov/
Charles Stanley dissed Operation in Rescue in '88.
Can you tell me more about that? thanks.
