Yep. It's nothing more than a redistribution of wealth on an international scale. That same wealth redistribution is normally decried by conservatives when it happens with Americans. Were the other countries playing by the same rules as us, then it could be called "free trade".

Explain the wealth growth and standard of living improvements in America since NAFTA, a free trade agreement hundreds of times larger than this one.

Exactly, without free economies on both sides of the table, they ought to rename this treaty: Central American Economic Affirmative Action
