It does show how far the ACLU is off base. However i will believe they are going down when I see a 98-0 vote on not paying these ACLU bastids with our money.
Since the ACLU if government funded, I suspect they (the gov) are getting a little testy over the pettiness of the ACLU - let us hope this trend continues!

But didn't the democrats boo the Boy Scouts at one of their conventions a few years back?
I guess they are starting to feel the silent majority backlash, big time.
It is time for the Congress to shut down all payments to the ACLU Horror show.
Let them work for their fees and get them of the Public Teat.
