Yes, actually I got a call yesterday. Followed all the directions to no avail. iMac must go to the hospital.


Finished the newsletter today on the PC. WOO HOO. Looks dang good, too. The letter now goes to final edit with the committee. YAY!! Right on schedule it goes out the first week of August.

Shadows are Quiet Things...

Silent, dark, and listening to pings,
so if the screen begins to darken,
keep an ear open, and you just might harken
to a few lines, or song, or photos in a frame,
and if you miss me, well, you're not to blame,

it's just that there's work and labor to be done,
a fight to finish, and a battle to be won,
the Kids are all fine and dandy,
though some of the boys are a little randy,

they thank all good people for boxes and gifts,
cards and letters the spirit lifts,
and the heat and the noise don't worry us as much,
when the Mail Bag opens with presents and such,
knowing y'all are back here, it's does a heart good,
and we'll all be here together, soo, like we all should!
