We're in for more post-modern nonsense with Steven Bochco's new "nonpartisan" series on the Iraqi conflict.

Bash 'em, Megan!

I've heard that the guys are pretty disgusted with this.

Unfortunately, Hollywood is not good at portraying what it doesn't understand.

Another show not to watch. I turned off the boob tube years ago and am a better person for it.

If you don't like what they're peddling, don't buy the product, otherwise, you're just complaining for the sake of it.

It is disgraceful to try to make hay out of the current war effort while there are soldiers in the field. Positive or Negative propaganda aside, there are families out there with people in danger.

I will not be watching, nor will I be watching anything on FX.

Shameful.

Clearer minds, however, will recognize this for its nonpartisan and successful effort...

LOL. Oh no you don't. You can't fool me. The effort to portray this catastrophe as not slanted has been so tortured that it was obvious there was going to be c@#p like this "we're monsters" stuff in it.

Over there / George M. Cohan

Over there over there

Send the word, send the word over there

That the Yanks are coming, the Yanks are coming,

The drums rum-tumming ev'rywhere

So prepare say a pray'r

Send the word, send the word to beware

We'll be over, we're coming over,

And we won't come back till it's over over there!

"Someone said tragedy was the inevitable working out of things. And the tragedy here is we're savages. We're thrilled to kill each other. We're monsters. And war is what unmasks us. But there's a kind of honor in it too. I guess if I'm a monster, it's my privilege to be one."

Excruciating. Please, please tell me this is a joke.

I would rather spend my time greeting troops home than watch an actor portray what someone perceives to be reality. I suppose I will have to watch at least one episode to give it an official two thumbs down.

The funniest thing was when Brent Bozell called Bocho the "Buzz Aldrin of 'bullsh*t'" because Bocho wanted to be the first to use the word on network TV, but it had already been done with SeeBS broadcasts of On Golden Pond.
