Then you cannot support the CAFTA. The CAFTA creates an unelected "Free trade" council that will unconstitutionally distribute foreign aid in the place of Congress, called "trade capacity building funds".

This is an attack on our right to constitutional government and elected representation So you see, you cannot possibly support the CAFTA, if you claim rights must be expanded.

From what I see it sounds like an excellent approach tp development...seems to foster better and more open government and less corruption. Certainly lots better than what we have now.
