youre foolish....none of those countries will support the US if it is nuked and responds by nuking Mecca.
those countries you mention are all democracies and their citizens are increasingly anti-american...the US would get 0 support..
as Europe become more and more muslim watch for native europeans to become more and more anti-american

A certain quote comes to mind......
"The bombing starts in 5 minutes!"
He did not hurt the Republican Party, too much.

well which do you think is more likely in response to a nuking of american cities?
I've already stated it; they would nuke Mecca first, figure out where the material for the bomb came from, and new targets selected. If, say, it is North Korea demonstrating their new nuclear weapons, the United States would announce that North Korea has 1 hour after (however many other bombs went off x number of North Korean cities) to unconditionally surrender to us or face the complete destruction of their nation.
As for public explanation - it doesn't matter. If it was North Korea, it was the North Koreans working with the radical Islamics. If it was Pakistan, again, they were just working with radical Islamics.
I'm not sure why it is so hard to understand that this question has been brought up many times at White House press conferences and Pentagon pressers - if the United States is attacked with weapons of mass destruction the United States will retaliate in kind. It is inflexible, not dependent upon who does it or how, it is stated absolute policy and I don't care who is in the White House, it will be how things are.

Those nations are socialist, and have marginal military usefulness.
Currently, the balance of forces tilts to the US no matter how you look at any scenario.

nuking MEccas isnt going to happen stop dreaming.
also Tancredo as i have written elsewhere has done tremendous damage to his cause of illegal immigration.
It will be easier now to villify those who want immigration controls.
Tancredo should go.

I'm foolish? No, I am not. I don't think you understand what you're talking about. This isn't a car bomb, this isn't guys or gals with belts of TNT, this is an action of war. Incontrovertible action of war. There won't be hand hand wiggling, the left will never be able to pull the masses out for protests - the entire action and reaction will take literally hours.

I suggest you move to Colorado, become a resident in his district and vote against him if you're of that mind. Otherwise I suppose you'll have to learn to live with it, just like I learned to live with Nancy Pelosi's wacko statements. The only difference is that Tom's comments match announced policy.

Pop Quiz kiddies...
Three nukes go of in American cities, followed by total silence from both dar-al-Islam and dar-al-Harb.
Fifty- seven muslim capitals disappear under massive nuclear explosions, followed by total silence from both dar-al-Islam and dar-al-Harb.
What's the difference?
Extra points given to any answer that is truly coherent.
Why is it assumed that mysterious nuclear explosions can only happen within the U.S.?

On second thought, make that just Tancredo - this author is just an idiot. Well put.
Any sane person knows that you just can't send the nukes flying willy nilly.
You give 'em 60 minutes advance notice.....THEN....nuke 'em.
Sorry, it's a flaw I've had for a long time.

so who has announced we would nuke Mecca besides crazy tancredo?
To: atlanta67
so you think western civ has the will to go to war with 1.3 billion muslims? and not only that but to win?Of course.
If I weren't convinced totally, I would have already bought my prayer rug.
After all, Michael Medved and Hugh Hewitt have both been relentlessly pounding into me the idea that resistance is futile; Not because we are wrong, but because there are "too many" of them.

My mother always tried to get it through to me that insanity is defined by trying to do something the same way over and over again and expecting a different result. I've answered the question - I'm not insane enough to assume you'll respond any differently.

Have you actually read Tancredo's comments? Did you read them in the original context in which they were propounded?

so you wont answer who has stated that our policy is to nuke mecca.
this nuking mecca is a dellusional fantasy, brought on by people who are frightened and have no clue how to fight a WOT. very very simple minds are work

There will be no bombing of Mecca...IF the west goes to war against all 1.3 billion muslims, it is a war the west and the USA will surely loseWill the Persians be glad or upset that Islam will have been smacked-down since it was forced upon them by Arabs? I read some very hostile anti-Muslim/Arab posts on an Iranian site, and I got the impression they'd be pleased if there were no Islam anywhere. I wonder if the billion-plus number of Muslims would suddenly decline substantially.

57 Muslim cities. Why so few?By sheer coincidence, that's the number of muslim-by-law countries in the world today.
Your mileage may vary.

Tancredo hasn't said anything that is not very common here on FR. So if you think he's a crazy wingnut, then I guess you think that most FReepers are too?
All his intemperate and thoughtless words do, besides handing our sworn enemies a propaganda gift, is to lower Congr. Tancredo's stature in the eyes of normal, rational people while elevating the stature of the yahoos.
