'As long as a single Italian soldier remains in Italy, you the prime minister can look forward to nothing but 'more and more blood.'
Shouldn't it be, "As long as single Italian soldier remains in Iraq ..."?

Time to take the lead from the English and shoot first. Turn Mecca and Riyadh into glass and work our way through the rest of the vipers nests.

The Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi was warned that by failing to withdraw Italian coalition troops from Iraq, he would 'by his own hand turn Rome into a graveyard.'

Oh I see, it's all Berlusconi's fault! (Bush gets a rest on this one.) It's not the terrorist's fault. Gee, sounds like the dem talking points!

The Abu Hafs Brigades

They've got more brigades than soldiers.

An excellent essay by Oriana Fallaci on terrorists targeting Italy:

Considering that Iraq has nothing to do with the War On Terror, the Terrorists sure seem anxious to get people out of Iraq.

I wonder what will be next after Rome? No doubt they will try to have the grand finale in the US.

The target is the Vatican.

Many Muslims still assume that if they take out Rome, Christianity will perish. Funny it didn't work with Constantinople, it wouldn't work with Rome.

If a nuke does hit St. Peter's, then we will have the re awaking of the old struggle once again.

If they nuke the Vatican, all bets are off.

B-b-b-but Berlusconi paid many millions in ransom funds to Al Qaeda--funds for weapons to be used against American troops! ...seems Al Qaeda would remember that and be thankful.

And the answer to the troop question is "no." Italy announced that its troops are leaving Iraq during the anti-American Sgrena affair.

Well so much for that propaganda stunt the stinkin' commie reporter pulled, getting her body guard killed crashing through a checkpoint, to help her friends the terrorists make a little cash. I guess the 7 million dollar ransom the Italian government paid to rearm the "freedom fighters" in Iraq didn't go very far.  Looks like their buddies have turned on them big time! I guess once you're an infidel you're always an infidel.

Berlusconi should make an announcement...if Italy is attacked, one mosque will be burned to the ground for every Italian citizen killed, and a promise to bury all bomber remains with pig entrails.

Call it "Tancredo Lite".

Go ahead and blow up the Vatican, and you'll find out what "jihad" really means.

Wait and see who looks for relief by running to the left.
It won't be long then before problems keep popping up such as influence and then dominance by these new masters.
Time is now to go and stand up, crying for help later is futile.
Socialism is not an answer.
Their entire culture is at risk.
