I think it was a stupid thing for Tancredo to say...

but, these people should speak up about what the terrorists in their homelands are doing...and quit worrying about what a politician hear says so much...

Hm...it is funny, isn't it, how angry the Muslims get about a congressman's comment, than seeing hundreds of their fellow Muslims getting blown to smithereens on the streets of Iraq..

My guess is that if a city is nuked, a fair number of revered holy places for many Christians would be destroyed. Since an act like this would be an act of war, why wouldn't we be justified by retaliating in the fashion Tancredo discussed?

The real key question is why aren't these moderate Muslims rooting out of their midst the small % of idiots perpetrating terror and causing so much grief and mayhem? If they were to do so immediately there would be no need for all this rhetoric and hand-wringing.

These Muslums are phonies. This is not a religion only disguised as one. I'm sure our milatary has contingencies in the event of dirty bombs but let's ask ourselves, what should the response be if we continue to have Pakastanis involved in the bombings of ourselves and allies?

I agree. It was not very smart of him to say. I was ready to jump on the band wagon in support of him because I am behind him 100% with his illegal immigration stance but such a quote about Muslim sites (whether I agree with him or not) would probably come back to bite him if he was the republican going against the democrat for President.
What he should have said is that he'd nuke the country and not specify religious sites.

Well, the Islamic groups, open border, illegal alien supporters, and assorted anti-American's agree with you.

Say what?

Do you think that (finally) an honest summary of this war on muslim maniacs is a "stupid thing to say"?

How far has this "islam is a religion of peace" bullshit that politicians, and even our beloved President, gotten us so far?

Tancredo speaks exactly what most of us feel.

I'm sick of appeasing these people after the atrocities they perform on a daily basis.
