Jug tells Catherine Crier that he does not know what Equusearch is going to do on the island. He is not familiar with what Equusearch is doing, that that is being handled by Beth's brother.
Jug states that there are all kinds of things that leads one to believe that PVDS was involved. He states that at one time Joran had 5 attorneys and now he has 3 and that he (Jug) is well aware that the VDSs are not wealthy people, far from it. Perhaps the attorneys are doing this pro bono he is not sure.

hmmmm....interesting. 5 attorneys? Now a mere 3? Seems like there might be a bit more evidence against dear Joran than we have been told. I hope so.

I read somewhere on these threads that it was well known that JVDS was a drug dealer. Doubt it has been proven though. The VDS's might not make much money the legitimate way, but they seem slimey and capable enough to supplement their income in illegal and immoral ways.
