My opinion is they are not the same person... why because the picture of Jamie on the right (red shirt) was taken early this year at birthday party for some little rich blond girl. This was in March or April of 2005.
Now the dude on the left looks to be older (his face looks aged) and I have no idea when that picture was taken of him, but if was taken after March or April 2005 then Jamie sure has aged quite a bit in a short amount of time. What could do that... well heavy drug abuse might do it that fast, but I doubt it. Now if the picture on the left is Jamie and if the picture is older than March or April of 2005, then Jamie has regained his youth and young facial features.
