Jossy Mansur states that the Aruban police must have good leads. Then he replies to the MSNBC reporter that the witness (the gardner) told the info to the police and not to him. Then after being readdressed by the reporter he again reported what he has been reporting this week.

Jossy has not talked to the female witness, but to the person that the female witness talked to.

I just want us all to stay focused on what is about to take place this evening, and according to a FMR FBI agent on the Abrams report now, it might be HUGE!
