I think the map is interesting, but the rental property stuff has me confused....

One looks to be the VDS home and another is right next to the racquet club. Does VDS own these rentals? or does someone else? - If PVS owns all of them then did Joran have access to the home near the racquet club? - was it rented out when Natalee came up missing? or was it empty?
All these rentals may explain PVDS income if he owns them or is invested in them.

The owners ID number is CUST_ID=3083 - they own about 13 rental properties.
The rental management company is www.greatrentals.com and they manage rentals for property owners - they manage rentals for up to 90 rental properties. - Who ever owns the home the VDS live in also own 12 or 13 more homes.
If the VDS home is not owned by them and if it is a rental - then I would assume that the search team could ask the property owner if they can search the grounds (the vacated well/cistern that is on the property)
The pond in the above pix is probably the pond that is being drained.
Jug and others stated that it was across aways from the Marriott and near the racquet club.
This is probably also the new area where the female witness lives that has reported that she saw Deepaks car.
Plus I have also read that the pond was also a drainage area for the contruction of the new area.
I believe the VDSs lives somewhere else, perhaps in the Dutch area. I thought the VDSs area started with the letter M.
