What Caliphate? There is none at the moment.

In 2002 the PM of Singapore announced to the press that a PC captured in a post-9.11 raid held the blueprint for the creation of a SE Asian Caliphate that was to include Australia, Phillipines, Indo, Mayaysia, Thailand (all of which are experiencing muslim terror). That regional caliphate was then to be joined with the African Caliphate and the al-queda created ME Caliphate. In the same year Putin said that the war in Chechnya was about the creation of a Central Asian caliphate.
This is a global war and a global caliphate is the goal.
