Confusion arises because H&I is on the Victoria line. The line is shiut down between Seven Sisters and Kings Cross. Victoria station is further south than that section.

Thanks I forgot that of course H & I is on the Victoria Line I go through that station depending on which line I use when I go to Arsenal.
