Juan was given an honorary doctorate from some university recently. So... It's DOCTOR Williams to the uninformed masses. Juan was grinning ear to ear over it when Brit announced it on air.

Williams received his Crash Test Dummies award for providing the most consecutive talking-point sound bites without a net, as he was consistently shot down by expert marksmen: Brit Hume, William Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, Fred Barns and others.
