Gold paint is man's ticket to jail

BELLAIRE POLICE arrested a man for allegedly abusing a harmful intoxicant after a call from an employee from a retail store in the Imperial Plaza. On Wednesday morning, Patrick Eugene Tribett, 41, 15 37th St., Bellaire, was arrested after the store employee allegedly noticed Tribett with paint on his hands and face. The employee contacted the police, with Bellaire Police Chief Robert Wallace and Officer Donna Baroch making contact with the suspect in front of the store.

According to Wallace, Tribett still had paint on his face and hands and appeared to have constricted pupils and a "slow response" to questions.

Tribett was then taken into custody without resistance and charged with "abusing harmful intoxicants." Tribett was taken to the Belmont County Jail
