This explains the mindset of the left doesn't it. It was not inappropriate to "crash" a hero's funeral, but it would be to comment on his/her boss' lack of intelligence and compassion. Go figure!

I sincerely hope they keep this crap up. They are insuring we have seen the last of this kind of trash getting voted into office. HARRISBURG -- A guessing game is going on within Capitol corridors: Who will be Gov. Ed Rendell's Democratic running mate when he seeks re-election in 2006.

This is strange, because Rendell already has a running mate, Lt. Gov. Catherine Baker Knoll, the pride of McKees Rocks, a former two-term state treasurer and a veteran of decades of political battles. She insists she likes being No. 2 and wants to keep the job for another four years.

Nonetheless, some well-known political names continue to be mentioned as possible challengers to Knoll in a May 2006 Democratic primary:

I guess she just assumed that anyone who lost a family member would be opposed to the war. That seems to me to be a typical liberal/Dem response. They just can't seem to grasp the idea that there are people who might find some things worth dying for, that there are ideals and beliefs and loyalties that are worth even more than one's own life.

Unless, of course, it's "insurgents" or "freedom fighters", then they totally understand because it's all our fault (and Bush's).
