Here we go...I see the L.A. Times got the DNC talking points too.

According to lawyers familiar with the case, investigators are comparing statements by two top White House aides, Karl Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, with testimony from reporters who have acknowledged talking to the officials. Has to be something more than contradictory statements by a witness for perjury charges.

According to the rats, perjury and obstruction of justice aren't crimes, so I don't know what the big deal is.

Maybe Fitzgerald is looking into the statements of CIA personnel and retirees about GWB, Plame, and Wilson, the Iraqi war, the GWOT. Maybe the FBI is turning over the rocks at CIA and finding slimy, self-interested Democrat-leaning careerists who disagree with the administration's foreign policy, and who want to undermine it, perhaps bringing down the government at the same time? Maybe the investigation has revealed the forger of the Niger memo
within the CIA?
Kind of scary, eh?
