Which for all intents and purposes will destroy the Republican Party. Personally this time around I don't give a rats tail who runs against the GOP candidate, if the GOP candidate is a Pro-Illegal type I will either not vote or vote for a third party. To say nothing of the time and money I am willing to invest to see that that sort of traitorist politician is outted for the traitor they are.
Ever notice that the pro-tancredo types always use the knee jerk pro-illegal, pro-open borders, pro-muslim terms, when it ain't true.
I suspect that any GOP candidate that refuses to address the immigration issue in a manner that does not cater to amnesty will lose the Southwest and the West. Therefore losing the whole election. Might be bad. You have to punish the party in power for what is wrong. Next time they will pay attention.
I'm not for open borders, am not for ANYONE doing ANYTHING illegal, I've NEVER been a "Muslim apologist", I'm an American citizen ( I was born here, as were generations of my family !), did I miss anything? LOL
Voting fringe party is stupid beyond belief! It NEVER "teaches a lesson" to the people you want it to, but it sure helps get the Dem candidate.
Yeah, I am fastly approaching that point, too, as a voter. I definitely do not want to see Hillary Clinton reusing the Executive, but I am also very much no longer tolerant of a GOP that finds illegal immigration convenient (whatever).
The GOP either has to declare a point on illegal immigration or just get out of the way but so far, they allude to legislation but refuse to do much to enforce it (equalling "finding illegal immigration convenient"). Bush has so far never spoken out against it with any plans or purpose, for starters. He just remains "non positioned," publicly, which bothers me.
If illegal immigration bothers him to nay degree, he should be straight about it and say so. If he finds it 'impossible to control/patrol our borders' then he is pretty well saying that he's going to turn away if/when presented with the problem.
No guest workers, no illegal immigration...enforce our existing laws and severely penalize anyone in the U.S. who employs illegal immigrants. The banking industry is looking more and more complicit with each passing hour.
I have noticed how desperately voices are raised against Tancredo. I would and will vote for Tancredo, even if I have to WRITE IN his name.
A vote for Bush was a wasted vote.
Aside from Jesus Himself there is no one who can save us or the US.
But at least Tancredo would be willing to slow down the invading hordes.
