"Fine. Then the cops do not consent to let them on the subway. "
I agree. Such lunacy! I would think this would draw more attention to yourself? Why not just instruct everyone to wear a big backpack filled up with wadded-up newspapers and with wires hanging out, with the pack dripping coke on the floor, and with melted Limburger cheese smeared on the outside?

Why not just instruct everyone to wear a big backpack filled up with wadded-up newspapers and with wires hanging out, with the pack dripping coke on the floor, and with melted Limburger cheese smeared on the outside? That's funny. But think about it... Searching people on the street. The airport searches have gotten more and more intrusive. Everyone has to take their shoes off now, and take the laptop out of the case. You can't have a nail file or a cigarette lighter. You know, all the CRAP. If they pull off these street searches they will escalate, comrade. It could get very, very bad. And you know they will search the ones least likely to complain, and also they pretty girls they want to feel up, and let the obvious suspects go right on by. It's what they always do. This is not a good tactic. It's poorly thought out, it will be poorly executed. You watch.

And then the citizen files suit: unreasonable search without a warrant, and being denied a public accomidation without a breach of the peace.
And they will win, because the Constitution is NOT a "Living documents", it says, flat out, "no search and seizure without a warrant". . .
