If these bombers were in the US, they would have been beaten to death by US civilians. The Brits(Londoners) just stood around(with a stiff upper lip) and did nothing after their bombs fizzled. If this happened in the suburbs of London, these bombers would have been killed by the Brits. Londoners are a lost liberal cause.

Ha. It's so easy to arm-chair quarterback...after the fact. It's all nonsense. Nobody knows what they would do when faced with situations like these, and it's ridiculous to imply that one's politics and/or nationality automatically dictate one's personal courage or even will to live. (Jokes about the French aside, lol).

It's also a case of "it wouldn't happen to me." I know I've often wondered if I would have been brave enough to do what the passengers of the PA flight did. I like to think so, but I can't be sure.
