Think about it. The logical move for al Qaeda at this point is to send out fake bombers whose job it is to act suspiciously as they possibly can. Wear bulky coats and chant real loud, sweat profusely and fiddle with strange electrical devices beneath their clothes. Then when they are harrassed or killed by the police, the Islamakazis can cry foul, and complain for a month of Sundays about how they are being discriminated against unfairly. This will get the coppers to back off, so al Qaeda can run the next real op.
