I remember a lot of discussion after 9/11 that hospitals being secondary targets. By that I mean, the terrorists hit an office building, subway, whatever - then when the casualties start arriving at the hospital, hit the hospital.

This report does not surprise me.

This is probably London's version of our anthrax attacks. Thank god everything has come back neagative so far from the men in chemical suits in the subways.
