I remember a lot of discussion after 9/11 that hospitals being secondary targets. By that I mean, the terrorists hit an office building, subway, whatever - then when the casualties start arriving at the hospital, hit the hospital.
This report does not surprise me.

Just spoke to someone from our sales office in London who is here in the States (Ran into her at the lunch bar), and she said an explosion occured across from our sales office, and that the entire sales office is in lock down- no one leaves or gets in. She called the office to check if everyone was accounted for and they are. I asked her what the mood is in London and she said that everyone is more resolved than ever that
