The blasts were minor, but it is a major incident for the disruption it caused...and they still are trying to find people it sounds like. I would think we would know by now if it was bio, but I can't say that for sure.
BBC confirming what already reported -- no chemical weapons, conventional explosives, some did not explode and will be examined for forensics.
