THis sounds awfully amateur....4 explosions, no injuries?I'm thinking maybe a bio attack, but that's unlikely if they were strong explosions, which would counterproductive to their purposes. A chemical attack would have been detected by now with reports of falling people. Let's hope it's just amateurs.
