Round up all the Muslims in the country and put them in internment camps for the duration. Good Idea. What about rounding up all Muslims and designate an exclusive community or society exclusively for them... this will be a good warning for them...

Why cede any territory to them? The Supreme Court ruled that it was perfectly legal to round up the Japs and intern them during WWII. We're crazy not to do the same with the Muslims during WOT. We should also immediately deport all non-citizen Muslims. I wouldn't be opposed to convening a tribunal to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether certain interned Muslims could be released or foreign Muslims could enter the country, but that's my liberal streak.

It looks like you've been bombed into submission: you'll accept Muslims who may or may not kill you because you're "used to it."
It looks like you don't bother to read a comment before responding to it.
Somebody stated that "all terrorists are muslim", I replied that this is factual incorrect, and then you accuse me of being bombed into submission. Could you explain how you made that leap from reality into la-la-land?
I'm used to a terrorist threat because my country has had one for my entire life. Have I ever suggested rolling over for ANY terrorist? No. I have always supported the strongest possible prosecution of the attacks against the I.R.A. - and now I fully support the active and aggressive prosecution of the War on Terror. Unless you can provide the slightest scintilla of evidence to the contrary, please withdraw your ridiculous comments.

Why cede any territory to them? Yep you're right! i was just thinking of an easy target... The Supreme Court ruled that it was perfectly legal to round up the Japs and intern them during WWII. This happened after Pearl Harbor right? should we wait for another kind? Do you know any specific law about this? if so, i think Mr. President should be reminded about that...

Let's see, 7/7 happened days ago. You see, 9/11 happened years ago. Give it some time. You'll realize someday that the Islamic "terrorism" is a whole new concept.

Islamic terrorism predates 9/11 by many years (arguably by many centuries), it is not a new concept. It has taken the concept to far higher levels (though they're scum the I.R.A. would provide warning, and tended to avoid killing civilians) - but terrorism is terrorism is terrorism. It should all be fought vigourously.
I'm still waiting for your retraction. You have not shown ANY evidence at all that I'm bombed into submission, yet you are letting your asinine assertion stand.

Since I can't figure out what you mean by "vigorously," I have nothing to retract.

Michelle Malkin wrote a book about this last year. Title is something like "In Defense of Internment." Very non-PC, but it's one decision of FDR's that I think most conservatives can back. A very large segment of the Japanese in this country were loyal to Japan, and some of them were spying for Japan before and in the early part of the war. Interned Japanese have sued the government. The suit went all the way to the SCOTUS, but has never been found to be unConstitutional.

This guy is saying the exact same thing that Tancredo is saying. Where is the firestorm?
The only difference is that Tancredo won't shut up about illegal immigration.
Point: Criticism of Tancredo has nothing to do with his remarks about a hypotheical nuking of Mecca.

It means with vigour. Which by any standards is the opposite of "bombed into submission".
Please provide any evidence at all that I have been bombed into submission, or retract your pathetic statement.

That's right, how can a country's right to defend itself from the enemies be unconstitutional..

"It is long past time for those Muslims who are not complicit with these radical Islamic clerics and their disciples who are preaching violence and hatred toward your host countries to actively get involved in exposing them. " But they will not do that because they secretly sympathize with the radical message but maybe don't openly condone their methods. This is the main obstacle towards Muslim reactions to terrorism there is quiet sympathy for their cause, and a real lack of energy exposing or publicly condemning the acts of these scum

I don't think I'm getting my point across today, and for that I apologize. I did have a point, but it got lost in vim and vigor.
To: Kelly_2000
Exactly.. because if the worst thing happens i dont think we need to select our targets from both peaceful and non-peaceful.. anyone who is a muslim will suffer the consequence and unfortunately even the Indians because they mostly have the same features..:-)

Therefore all Muslims are complicit in these crimes against humanity
You do realize that of the 4 countries that submitted troops to the combat phase of the Iraq war, one was a predominantly Muslim country, right? And you do realize that when Spain pulled out that predominantly Muslim country offered to increase it's commitment, and just did so again recently. And you do realize that this predominantly Muslim country just had an election in which the war was not an issue, both sides support it (Even America itself can't claim that). And of course you realize that this predominantly Muslim country, committed to fighting terror in Iraq, has been a steadfast and vocal supporter of America's foreign policy since day one, so much so that it's earned the nickname "Israel of the Balkans?" Of course you do, because no one would would make a blanket statement like that without informing themselves of who their friends are first.

Since the media has made it clear that the bombers in London, were middle of the roaders, and "moderates", it has become evident that not even these "moderate" Muslims can be trusted. START THE PURGES, START THEM NOW!
To: ChristianDefender
It's high time for them to stand up and be counted as citizens of the west, or covert sympathizers of terrorism's political agenda. Aiding and abetting terrorism is complicity. They need to understand this unequivocally
