In defense of the mental state of Londoners.........

Ken Livingstone is Mayor of a political entity known as "The City of London," a geographical area a little more than 1 (one) square mile, in the approximate center of "Greater London."

The 50,000 or so inhabitants of the "City of London" are largely of three classes:

1. Government career bureaucrats.
2. Wealthy, guilt-ridden idlers who inherited their fortunes and feel terrible about it.
3. Members of the shallow-brained professional entertainers' class.
