In a story about Roberts I read this:
Mark Levin, author of "Men in Black," a new conservative critique of the Supreme Court, sees no conflict and is a fan of Roberts. "In the short period he has been on the court, John Roberts has shown he does not bring a personal agenda to his work. He follows the Constitution, and he is excellent."
High praise from someone who knows. I'm well pleased with what I'm reading of Roberts (though I still like Edith Jones and Janice Brown or your idea of cloning Thomas)
I thought he should renominate Bork.
Anyone know who vetted John Roberts for President Bush back in 2003 when he was nominated to the DC Circuit Court?... Any guesses?
