Your "clarification of the "deal" is all speculation. If you think the Dems won't try to obstruct again, you have not paid attention the last 5 years. That is all the Rats have done to this Pres. And for Graham and the rest of the RINO to even think of making a deal with them is unforgivable to real conservatives. Graham is no conservative.

I think they would certainly obstruct if they thought they could get away with it, but they don't have the votes. If they filibuster, the deal is off, and the nuclear option is invoked. The GOP senators involved have clarified this is what they agreed to. It allowed the moderate Dems to save face temporarily that is all.
The deal basically comes down to this: The dems retained the right to filibuster judicial nominees as long as they don't filibuster judicial nominees.
