It's all up to Specter now. I truly wish Sessions was in charge of the committee. But I get the feelin that Specter will faithfully carry the GOP water on the Roberts nomination.
Bush backed Specter in PA and helped him win.
Bush met with Specter yesterday to discuss this nomination.
It sure adds up that Specter would finally perform.
But I will never trust Specter.
Specter will NOT make any attempt to block Roberts unless some major new DAMNING info arises - unlikely since Roberts was just up at the J.Committee...
