My son in law tells me he writes all his email for work and somehow can specify when it is sent out,,he sends it out late at night {tells me it impresses his boss that he is working at home late at nite on work}.

I simply DO NOT believe this! VDS's have been living on aruba for 15+ years continuously. Croes is upper-class aruban, a businessman, and the Dutch resident population is very small.
