Rice for 2008??? I would not mind seeing her run. I don't think she would though.

I'm one.
If Hillary runs (I mean when) Rice would cream her.
To: CollegeRepublicanNU
She wouldn't be my first choice, but since my liberal girlfriend (who has never voted Republican for even a dog catcher) said she'd vote for Rice OVER Hillary...Condi could be a winner.

It's really simple - Rice is an attractive, likable woman who is very accomplished. Hillary is butt ugly, unlikable and has accomplished little in her life (working at a law firm doesn't count anymore).
Rice would sweep all 50 states.

I agree with everyone. Even if Condi doesn't want to run she should should to deter the vote from Hittlery.... Rice would probably win though and then she would have to serve, lol... That would be great. She is very smart.

Rice for 2008??? I would not mind seeing her run. I don't think she would though. She's too ambitious to be a sockpuppet.
I think she'd rather have an appointment to the World Bank or WTO.
More power, fewer hassles.

Condi is definitely more mature and emotionally stable than Hillery.

She would not only get the womans vote but also other minorities... Would be huge for a republican.

Would also be LOGICAL for a Republican to have the FIRST BLACK elected to President....and may finally turn the tide on the mis-education of minorities, and all others.

At best Condi would qualify for Veep. Most people want some sort of governing leadership from their President, which is why Govenors, former Veeps, and retired Generals are so often elected President.
As much of a RINO he may be, Powell would be better qualified to be Pres, with Condi as his Veep. Now THAT would be an NCAA proof ticket, with Condi running for President in 2016.

If the desired result is to defeat Hillary Clinton in '08 the candidate had better be someone like Senator George Allen or Rep. Mike Pence.

If she wants the job, which looks doubtful, I don't think she will get the nomination. The GOP has a tradition of handing the nomination to the "next in line". Most likely it will be a Senator or Governor.

If Hillary runs (I mean when) Rice would cream her. Here we go again. Neither one of these two are up to a presidential status. The "Two-Party Cartel" keeps amazing me with its lack of leadership.
