OK I get you now. I think she should refuse to answer such questions either way. It has nothing to do with the rule of law. In order to have a shot at over-turning Roe and all the other rotten laws is a systematic takeover and the right type of case has to make it to the court. I would love to see Roe overturned today, but reality is that it will not be, we need to keep winning elections and keep getting these liberal activist judges off the bench. I really think that the President is going to do the right thing, and if it's a shoot-out then so be it.

I agree that the communists and islamists have been exceedingly patient in getting us where we are today and we're going to have to be the same way to take the republic back. And in spite of the way I've been downing the Senate (barf) today, I might still be convinced to go with Allen. But I'm awfully grieved with the girly-boy Senate (Blaaargh) today.

"I think she should refuse to answer such questions either way."

I think the nominee should say (I'm paraphrasing)

"...in the words of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, I'm not answering that question."

Deal with that libs.
