If you have looked at the Court closely, as I have, you know that a single new vote on the Court may produce a different result on partial-birth abortion. (And I agree with you, and with most Americans, that that is the most barbaric "medical" procedure I know of.)

However, based on recent experience, it will take MORE than one new vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. So, the whole edifice of bad decisions racked up by the pro-abortion crowd will not fall all at once, in one single decision. Instead, it will fall by degrees.

That's not the way you want it. But that's the way it will be.
