I think she will pass the Fry Cook Test. But I agree with others on this thread that if it is going to be a woman, Judge Janice Rogers Brown would pass the Fry Cook Test, blindfolded, behind her back, and in a high wind. But Judge Brown needs to "season" on the Circuit Court before she is "ready" to move up to the Supreme Court.
Keep in mind, as I have said many times, President Bush will probably name four new Justices and a new Chief Justice before he is done.
