Lindsay Graham was on Fox today and said Bush has gotten the green light from some very liberal members of congress. Because of this, I'm not feeling the 'warm and fuzzies' about who he'll nominate. I certainly hope I'm wrong.

Normally I'd worry about the democrats cooperating, but they're really between a rock and a hard place here. If they filibuster, they WILL face the constitutional option. So if it's true that they'll be somewhat less antagonistic, it could be because they really have no choice.

I will not allow the words or opinions of a bunch of leftists sway my opinion on the matter. I will base it on the nominee's bio. :-)
