Well, if Senator Hutchison flew back to Washington right away after just arriving at DFW, it could be Jones because W would likely want both US Senators present at the announcement.
Also, her staff might not know if she took a late lunch and didn't come back (or might just be saying (truthfully), "the last time I checked Judge Jones was in her chamber".

He was asking for caller's opinions of the Muslims/Islam, and whenever someone called and said that they thought they should be profiled, he didn't like it...
He said that "Nativism" is getting TOO rampant in America...
I was shocked, because I feel the opposite...I think that multiculturalism is TOO rampant.
