It's touching, in a way. When a terrorist does something unspeakable, people in the English-speaking world wonder aloud what we did to offend him.
In the aftermath of the bombings in London, the realization is dawning that we must get beyond sentimental ideas about terrorists.

Globalization opens up new realms for envy. Terrorism beckons, glorious and fulfilling, when the envious encounter good things they don't know how to create, profit from, or compete with. It seems odd to imagine Saudi citizens as crude vandals and terror financiersafter all, they love to shop in Paris. But without oil, the Middle Eastern culture is so backward it could not pay for its own bombs.

BTTT
The terrorists are filled with hate. Jealousy,
self-pity, anger, etc., are all subsets of hate,
but the hate is first.
You can't reason with hate, you can't bargain
with it. Hatred is an emotion. It's irrational.
We in the problem-solving West can sit here from
now until doomsday trying to understand hatred
so we can "solve" it.
While we sit around trying to solve the puzzle of
hatred the terrorist haters will keep on blowing
themselves up alongside innocent people. The only
thing you can do is let the haters know that acts
of hatred will unequivocally not be tolerated.
They will hate us no matter what we do so we
might as well protect the innocent first and
foremost.
"But in the end, it will not stop until also the legitimate grievances of the people in the Arab world are addressed."
What a ridiculous statement. There is nothing legitimate about a group of people whose religious beliefs encourage the killing of innocent people.
BTW, I have read your other posts You are a troll, nothing more. Good day.
