Jack Kemp, JC Watts To Head
Butler for U.S. Senate National Fundraising Effort

Lathrup Village—Two of the GOP’s most prominent national leaders have signed on as Co-Chairs of Keith Butler’s national finance committee. Jack Kemp and JC Watts, two of the Republican Party’s most prominent leaders and spokesmen have agreed to head up Keith Butler’s national fundraising efforts.

“Jack and JC are two people that I greatly admire. They have both served this country with honesty and integrity. I am very grateful that they will help me in my campaign,” said Keith Butler, candidate for the U.S. Senate.

The Butler campaign continues to gain momentum. Within the last week Butler has announced he has raised over $800,000 and picked up the support of dozens of key party leaders.

Butler went on to say, “With the support of Attorney General Mike Cox and 24 Michigan legislators, I have been able to garner the endorsement of 31 state committee members and 31 county chairs. As I travel the state, I am encouraged by the support I have received and I have become more aware of the desire for change in the U.S. Senate.

It will be refreshing to see Stabenow gone from Congress.

I think he'd be an ideal candidate for the VP. I like the guy, but he's not yet POTUS qualified.

Odds are Brandon won't run now? It seems like business folks, if they're not dead set on running from the beginning, like to step into a nomination that's already theirs.

Butler continues to put together an impressive organization.

You have to admit that it sounds pretty interesting though. It definitely sounds better than Clinton/McCain 08.
