My plan for what? Border security? Beef up the Border Patrol, fence off popular cross areas, UAVs and helicopters in the rougher spots. Horses, dirt bikes, and 4x4s for agents, and gadgets that will let each agent download the video feed of a certain UAV for when illegals are spotted.
