Charles "Dillon" Johnson is six years old, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He's four feet tall and weighs about 50 lbs. Dillon was last seen wearing a Tennessee Vols shirt and orange sweatpants. He has silver caps on his front teeth.
Dillon disappeared while hiking with friends in the Shook Branch Area of Watauga Lake in Carter County. He was seen talking to two men in a blue or possibly gray Dodge Durango with a Florida license plate.
Authorities say Charles Dillon Johnson, who goes by the name "Dillon," was last seen Saturday hiking with friends in the Shook Branch area of Watauga Lake near the Oliver Hollow and Highway 321 intersections.
There is a report that a male and female, perhaps driving a gray or blue Dodge Durango with a Florida license plate, were seen talking to Dillon in that area.
Dillon was last seen wearing an orange Tennessee Vols shirt and orange sweatpants with no shoes.
Dillon is 4'0" and weighs 50lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. He has silver caps on his front teeth.
If you have seen Dillon please immediately call the Carter County Sheriff's office at (423) 542-1845 or the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation 1-800-TBI-KIDS (1-800-824-5437).
The Carter County Sheriff`s Department issued a statewide child abduction amber alert tonight.
They say six-year-old Charles Dillon Johnson of Greene County was last seen around five p.m. yesterday in the Shook Branch area of Watauga Lake.
Johnson had gone on an outing to the lake with some neighbors.
Authorities say the boy walked with them to an area of the Appalachian Trail where there`s a swing to jump into the water.
The friends reportedly left Johnson behind to get drinks.
Two hikers told deputies - a short time later, the boy asked them for help to get back to the picnic area.
Johnson reportedly spoke with two men in a blue or gray Dodge Durango with a Florida tag.
Carter County authorities ask for anyone with further information to contact them.

Please bring this little one home to his parents Lord. Have mercy on him and strike fear and terror into those holding Charles that no harm will come to him. I pray that You will put a special shield of protection around this little lamb's life and that You will make a way of escape for him.
