Yes I am, I just got done ordering a ton of building material for an addition I am starting this week. Big 2 story to a friends house.

I am looking forward to it, I haven't done an addition in a while.

I built a 24 x 30 garage last month, that was fun.
Supposed to be hazy, hot and humid again today, bleh...

this leg of mine is definitely going to make some changes in our roofing and siding project schedules..sigh.

I'm doing better, thank you very much.

I had to call the orthopod this morning to schedule my followup from the surgery. I asked to speak to the nurse and gave my name, I was on hold for about 2 seconds, and she comes back and said we need to schedule you for a followup and I said that was why I was calling. Then she says, you don't live down here, with a question in her voice and I told her where I lived.

The office I went to last Wednesday is down by the hospital.....50 miles away. They scheduled my appointment for next Tuesday instead of Monday, so I only have to go 5 miles.........they have an office up here by me :)

A coice between an extra day with this splint instead of a real cast or having to tolerate the 100 mile round trip - I'll take the extra day!!!!!

That really made me feel better!!!

Well ,I can understand you wanting to share this news with someone and it is okay.

That is wonderful, that they are able to work with you so you don't have to take that awful long trip again.:)

They have been wonderful in their willingness to work around schedules. I've been shocked. Where we used to live, nothing like this would have ever happened.
