"Have you ever seen a group called "gays against gay pride parades"."

Scroll back to my post 210 for the URL to an article by a conservative gay activist who is president of a group called "Homosexuals Opposed to Pride Extremism" (HOPE). The author does not agree that the antics of the extreme left are healthy, and calls them "narcissistic".

I usually give most of them away. Last year I gave several to a homosexual I know.

No, he's not a libertarian Republican.

No, he's not a conservative Republican.

He is a self_serving, puritan_when_it_suits_him, open minded_when_it_suits_him, pandering, socialism-promoting, hypocritical, arrogant politician.

Some day I will tell you what I really think of him.

...Santorum being against homosexuality ...

Define that.

...hypocrisy is not for me. Call it "ugly", but I call it self serving HYPOCRISY!

No, I didn't call "hypocrisy" ugly. I said your attitude is ugly. Spare us all the strawmen and address the issue. What SHOULD Santorum have done?

Ever notice it's liberals who always "out" people? What a bunch of passive-aggressive bigots.

This stunt is being done by the media/DNC to try to pry off support from Santorum from conservatives because they assume that the right believes that gays should be burned at the stake.

It looks like some of "them" are playing along with the Dems.

I don't care who a family member or a friend sleep with. To "out" someone's private life for the purpose of making someone look like a bigot is sleazy. Yes, Rick Santorum opposes same sex marriage and the homosexual agenda. And if he hired a gay man, that makes him look like a bigot, right? The Left's favorite weapon against people with traditional values is hypocrisy. If you have standards and don't enforce them, you're not "authentic." It never occurs to them that we might love the sinner even as we disown the sin.

I'm not sure.
I guess we are, but I'm just not feeling it.
Now if he were a pedophile or an abortion doctor, I guess I'd feel very, very differently.
Thankfully, most of those are Democrats so we don't have to worry.

"I suspect if it were one of Hillary's aides who had been "outed" some folks' reactions would be quite different."

Gosh, I'm so tired of hearing that excuse, are you? ;-)

You're wasting your time - I've tried until my fingers were ached to explain it, but either folks are too stupid or deliberately vague.

I don't approve of homosexuality. But at the same time, its NONE of my business what people do in their personal life. There are a lot of gay conservatives. Now it happens I don't think homosexuality ought to be approved of morally or given sanction by society through its laws but at the same time there's a big difference between people living their own lives and activists seeking to force their personal lifestyle choices upon society. Robert Trayhan didn't deserve to have his personal life exposed for the Left's political gain. That's even more offensive than the fact he's gay.

"Most all of your family members have been married for five centuries, therefore no homosexuals in your family tree. Good for you! Proof positive! "

Just to clear the record, let me state without a doubt, no one in my family has ever been married for five centuries!
