He's giving the lawyers a chance to go back and renegotiate, probably for jail time or names of higher ups to trade for the leniency. They say that's the only way to read a postponement of a plea agreement based sentencing. I hope Sandy Burglar goes for option B. I dislike the word "never".....but I'd say the odds are in favor of that never happening. Too many people have rolled over for the Clinton's....
Too many people have assumed room temperature....after crossing paths with the Clinton's.
The Burglar is just another in a long line-up...

I agree. I see the delay as bad news for Berger, not as an effort to cover up lenient treatment. But it will likely end up with Berger getting jailed or forced to "roll over" for refusing to cooperate with the prosecutors as he agreed to do in return for the light sentence.
