I agree. I see the delay as bad news for Berger, not as an effort to cover up lenient treatment. But it will likely end up with Berger getting jailed or forced to "roll over" for refusing to cooperate with the prosecutors as he agreed to do in return for the light sentence.

Naw....we don't agree.

I say Burglar get's a fine, and a suspended sentence/probation. Nothing more.

If I am wrong....I will be extremely extremely surprised.
